Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Academic Librarian Survey

Dear AOM Librarians:

       You are invited to participate in this questionnaire that asks Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AOM) academic librarians (multi-disciplinary health colleges that offer AOM programs) if and how they serve Alumni & Non-Alumni AOM practitioners.

       The purpose of this study is to see what information services are offered to AOM practitioners and barriers, as well. This survey supplements another survey also sent to AOM professionals about their information needs. Ultimately the colleges, AOM practitioners and the profession itself may benefit from the results of this survey.

       Being a survey participant is voluntary. The data obtained from this questionnaire is strictly confidential and kept on a password-protected desktop computer.
