Child Advocate Survey

This survey is intended to collect information about the current and potential users of ChildAdvocate.net, a website about advocacy, welfare, and mental health issues regarding children. The information will be used by students in an undergraduate course at Penn State Harrisburg to redevelop ChildAdvocate.net and ensure that the new site meets the needs of all users.
