Colour within Marketing Communications

Welcome

Welcome to my "Colour within Marketing Communications" questionnaire, and thanks for taking the time to fill in these quick questions. You are helping with my dissertation research, and potentially shaping the future of print marketing communications design!

Marketing communications are the messages a company or organisation sends to consumers in order to promote their products or services.
This project is considering the design elements, specifically colour, of printed marketing communications and how these affect a consumer's perception of the material.

When answering the questions I would like you to consider different types of printed marketing material. Some examples are: advertisements in glossy magazines / flyers that are handed out on the street / magazine and newspaper inserts / direct mail that gets sent to your home / promotional money off coupons from shops / mail order catalogues / posters promoting events (excluding billboards) / event programmes from the theatre, music concerts, exhibitions, etc.

Please do not think about TV advertisements, radio advertisements, billboards, or online advertising when answering the questions. Concentrate only on printed marketing communications.
