Welcome! My name is Ann Castelow and I am a 3rd year undergraduate student at Durham University in England, and am currently conducting research for my dissertation.
This questionnaire is part of the research, which involves what people think of diet pills and whether or not they would associate health problems with their use.
Agreeing to participate in this questionnaire confirms you are happy for the responses to be used in the research, however you have the right to remove your consent at any time, even after the research is completed, at which point your data will be deleted.
Your participation in this research will be fully confidential and anonymous at all times, no names, email addresses or forum id’s will be used to identify individuals, either here or in the final written research documentation.
