This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge of risk factors concerned with the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, self efficacy, social support and health behaviours. I hope to identify whether certain influences such as social support or self efficacy, might help to assist in the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. This research also aims to examine gender, and demographic data to ascertain if there is a relationship.
