I am a Business Informatics Master student, studying at Mannheim University. Currently I am writing my Master thesis with a topic: The impact of culture on effectiveness of customer engagement methods in Social CRM.

Social Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) refers to online, two-way communications that allow customers to share opinions, insights and experience using social media tools such as blogs, wikis, forums and social networking sites such as facebook, twitter, myspace etc.

This survey seeks to obtain feedback regarding the effect of Culture on the usage of Social Customer Relationship Management in the Chinese and German cultures. The respondents should be German nationals or Chinese nationals. I would greatly appreciate your time in filling out my questionnaire. This should take not more than 15-20 minutes of your time. Survey responses will be reported anonymously.
