Dear participant,

today, the aviation business faces various changes. These changes are characterized by a weak economic climate, a tendency for deregulation, new low cost competitors who enter the markets, and technical developments enable to expand the own capacities (in order to name a few). It becomes more difficult for single airlines to remain competitive without seeking the benefits of a global alliance.

In order to identify the current impacts on the aviation business as well as to evaluate the benefits of an alliance as a kind of corporate form, I would like to ask you to participate in this survey, which I developed in connection with my MBA-dissertation at the John Moores University, Liverpool.
