I am currently pursuing my M.B.A Course at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prasanthi Nilayam Campus, and am doing my project on 'Organizational Career Management Initiatives: Employees' Perspective.'
Organizational Career Management System is an organizational program undertaken by the companies for enabling employees to better understand and develop their career skills and interests, and to use these skills and interests more effectively in their careers. Through this project, I am trying to determine the nature of various programs and initiatives taken by the organization in this direction by IT as well as non-I.T. companies.
