We are interested in what you think about your experiences and your students’ experiences during the Space to Grow project.

Specifically, we want your feedback on your thoughts about:

  1. the way science was taught during this project
  2. the project website
  3. the project support materials; and,
  4. the computer software.

What you tell us will be used to improve and modify the Space to Grow Project experiences for students and teachers in the future.

We guarantee absolute confidentiality of your responses to the items in this and other questionnaires. On the following pages are some questions. There are no right or wrong answers. We are asking for your personal opinion. Please answer these questions as honestly as you can.

We ask that you put your name and your school’s name on the questionnaire so that we can match your data with your class’s responses. Once the data have been matched, all identifying information will be removed to ensure confidentiality.
