Our names are Geneva, Haley, and Traci, and we are undergraduate students at the University of Mary Washington. We are inviting you to participate in a research study. Involvement in this study is completely voluntary, so you may choose to participate or not. You may also withdrawal from the study at any time without penalty.
We are interested in learning more about why people may or may not engage in sexting behavior. This survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes of your time. All information will be kept anonymous. This means that your name will not appear anywhere and no one will be able to trace the data collected back to you.
The benefits of this research are an opportunity to learn more about yourself and the world of research. It also allows us a better understanding about the use of technology in the sexual experiences of women. The sensitive topics and nature of our questions may cause you some unease. Please remember that all data collected during this study is completely anonymous and you may skip questions at anytime to minimize any possible risk to you.
